The Annual Conference Event of the fashion industry

This Annual Conference Event was positioned as the leading conference for the fashion industry in Guangzhou. D2 Studio was invited to work with the client to arrange stage design and production, and event management of the event.

The guest flow of the event is deliberately designed for a rich event experience  and a rich exposure to the industry information. In the reception and foyer area, we had modified the stage design and resized it as a photo backdrop for guests to sign and photo. Alongside the reception area, we set up two 20mW banners to display the latest information and development of the industry, At the end of corridor, there was a registration area adjacent to the entrance of the main venue. Therefore, all guests would first photo for the event, then collect the latest information of the industry, register and enter the main venue.

In the main venue, we set up a 20mW LED screen and a 60cmH stage. This stage was equipped with a complete set of PAR lights and LED Washers to provide different lighting effects and ambience for the event.
