China Telecom Spring Kickoff Event

As the annual kickoff event, D2 Studio was invited to organize the China Telecom Spring Kickoff Event at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center. The event brought together selected clients, partners, and executives for a highly anticipated and memorable annual celebration.

With a focus on meeting the customer's aspirations for cloud and telecommunications services of the highest quality, D2 Studio curated a fresh conference image design to provide guests and global clients with a refreshing experience. At the venue, we set up a large LED screen stage, complemented by innovative LED light tubes to showcase the design features of the conference image. Additionally, we created a memorable lighting ambiance throughout the venue.

In terms of event planning, we organized a cocktail reception accompanied by a Western-style band to welcome guests and provide them with a series of photo decoration arrangements that perfectly matched the occasion. For the opening, we arranged a specially choreographed dance performance to kickstart the event. We also customized an opening ceremony animation and a specially designed lightbox to illuminate the entire event venue during the opening and toast ceremony. After the event, the music performances and cocktail reception continued, creating a delightful moment for guests and bringing the successful event to a perfect conclusion.
